The manual welding machines are designed for professionals as they are equipped with precise electronic control and, depending on the type, the original TraceWeld acoustic weld guide. Their greatest advantage is the possibility of continuous operation, even in demanding conditions. The best-selling group are the arbor welders with an input power of 650 W, which allow working even in very confined spaces and clamp up to three attachments at the same time. For fans of classic flat welding machines, we offer the 850 W knife version, which can clamp two attachments at once. For welding large dimensions up to 125 mm, we offer a flat welder with an input of 1200 W.
The modular nature of the range of manual electronic welders for professionals allows us to offer a wide range of devices with different characteristics, suitable for use in different situations. The heating elements are designed with regard to achieving the necessary heat output as well as maximum availability when welding in a confined and difficult-to-access space.
3 different types of temperature control can be combined with three types of heating elements.
In terms of assembly, welding machines are supplied in 3 variants SOLO (welder alone) and in MINI or PROFI sets, which can be supplied with either black or blue attachments. More information in the product details. You can combine 3 different temperature control methods with 3 types of heating elements.
Advantages of the POLYS P-4 series
electronic regulation ensures accurate temperature setting and stability
the P-4b TW Plus control panel allows very easy control of the welder
the blue DT coating is twice as durable as the regular black coating
up to three attachments can be attached to the best-selling P-4a 650 W mandrel welder
the 1200 W flat welder allows you to weld dimensions up to 125 mm
TraceWeld® sound signaling simplifies compliance with all phases of the welding cycle
the special mains cord withstands a temperature of up to 280°C when touched
welding machines are intended for permanent use, they excel in mechanical resistance and long service life

During development, our company tries not only to equip welding machines with accurate and reliable regulators, but also to look for other possibilities in the field of increasing the quality of the weld. That’s why the completely original TraceWeld® system was developed, which significantly refines and simplifies the process of polyfusion welding itself, as it acoustically signals partial technological times of the welding process to the welder. For the proper functioning of this system, it is sufficient to set the given pipe dimension and welding temperature, for type P-4 b TraceWeld Plus, dimension and material. After inserting the fitting and pipe onto the attachment, just press the button and perform the weld according to the acoustic signals, without the need to measure the time.
