Welders for polyfusion welding are used to connect thermoplastic pipes (most often PP, PE, PB, or PVDF) to each other using fittings.
These are dimensions of 16-125 mm intended especially for internal water and heating distribution systems.
Welding machines can be supplied either separately in the SOLO version (in a paper box) or together with welding fixtures and accessories in the MINI KOMPLET and PROFI KOMPLET versions (in practical metal cases). The advantage of PROFI suitcases is the possibility of safely storing the welding machine with attachments. Another advantage of PROFI suitcases is a special compartment for cables.
TraceWeld® sound signaling
During development, our company tries not only to equip welders with accurate and reliable regulators, but also to look for other possibilities in the area of increasing the quality of the weld. That’s why the completely original TraceWeld® system was developed, which significantly refines and simplifies the polyfusion welding process itself, as it acoustically signals partial technological times of the welding process to the welder. For the correct operation of this system, it is sufficient to set the given pipe dimension and welding temperature, for P-4 b TraceWeld® Plus type, dimension and material. After inserting the fitting and pipe onto the attachment, just press the button and perform the weld according to the acoustic signals, without the need to measure the time.
