BUTT WELDING MACHINES WITH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

Designed for butt welding of thermoplastics in dimensions 90 – 315 mm

• the specially designed clamping of the jaw makes it possible
• clamp and level even a slightly oval tube
• the removable fourth jaw enables welds to be made even in hard-to-reach places
• each unit is equipped with a current protector to increase operator safety
• hydraulic quick couplings for quick separation of hydraulic unit and slide
• titanium oxide coated welding mirror for long life and ideal welding properties
• optional accessory: special clamp for clamping and welding the collars
• crane with electric drive for easy handling (500 mm, 630 mm and 900 mm model only)
• welding mirror tear-off (only for 500 mm, 630 mm and 900 mm model)
• reduction exchangeable jaws in two versions: narrow jaws for fitting fittings, wide jaws for fitting pipes
• reducing interchangeable jaws are supplied separately according to the customer’s choice and can be adjusted according to individual requirements

STH CLASSIC

• analog manometer
• temperature setting directly on the welding mirror

STH TRACEWELD©

• simple setting of technological times
• zeroing the passive resistance – this value does not need to be remembered,
• nor do any calculations with it
• the welder’s equipment accompanies the entire welding process
• display of the progress of the welding cycle using LEDs
• acoustic signaling of the necessity to remove the welding mirror
• displaying the pressure on the display ensures that its exact value is read
• the temperature of the mirror can be checked directly on the display
• use: water, sewage

STH TRACEWELD© PLUS

• simple and intuitive control – before performing the weld, the welder only enters the material, pipe dimensions and wall thickness – the welder’s equipment accompanies the entire welding process
• data recording of performed welds – memory for 500 – 2,000 weld
• the WeldManager communication software enables communication with a PC
• integrated welding tables containing all materials and dimensions
• the possibility of printing the report directly in the field (printer is not part of the delivery)
• the temperature of the mirror can be checked directly on the display
• simple addition of new material to the database, this function can be performed using a connected computer
• use: gas, water, sewage
